I work with common mental health issues, ADHD and distressing life situations. My training and experience span Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, Mindfulness-based therapy, and existential psychotherapy.
My doctorate is in Counselling Psychology. I am chartered by the British Psychological Society and registered by the HCPC.
I practise online and work with individual adults. Being bilingual, I offer therapy in both languages: English and German. My therapeutic approach is highly individualised for each patient.
